just built a megan botom end and a 1.816v head hybrid, started first time but it seems as if the timming is out its unresponsive and very loud, is it easy to time the engine in place can anyone recomend a mobile mechanic that would do it ? and how much wil it cost roughly cheers :(

Finaly got a willy box in my hybrid, bought it as a recon, but it seems to grab into third like its just catching or something and makes a small grinding noise, i have only had it in the car a few weeks and was fine before this. It only does it when chaging below 3k rpm and only when changing up...

tried to lower my cr today took the front shocks off to find that the top cup is held on by a ciclip didnt wana carry on as i have broken these before and i need to drive the car home. Are these a stadard circlip u can pick up from any car shop or are they special renault ones ? cheers :D

right after my hybrid decided to chew up my valver box im going to put a williams box on and change the clutch. i think my clutch was wearing pretty quick before this so im not sure weather to go for an uprated clutch or a standard unit ? can anyone recomend a good clutch ? :D

driving yesterday no problem going all the way up through the gears but as soon as i try to change down into second crunch at and speed slow or fast tried double declutching still crunches so i guess its time for a new box :dapprove: williams box is the obvaous chioce but is there anything else...

helping a mate fit his bucket in a 19 he has cobra buckets with an h subframe for 19's but it dosnt seem to fit does any one know if this is the right frame for the car or how to fit them ? cheers luke :S
