Recently bought a 182 that has had a 197 steering wheel fitted. After driving it round for abit I have noticed that the steering wheel was loose and I could move it a few mm's.
I took the wheel off and the centre bolt was loose so tightened it up and the steering wheel was very hard to turn and wouldnt return correctly like it was rubbing somewhere.
Searched the forum and it looked like i needed to make a small spacer to stop the rubbing. I used the guide on the clio v6 forum and made up the washer.
Unfortunately this dosnt seem to have fixed it when I tighten the wheel up I still get the rubbing and the wheel wont centre correctly.
Has anyone else had this problem ?
