Depending on where the knock comes from it might be worth getting the front Gearbox mount checked too. Mine just went today and I have no idea what damage it may or may not of done. But...it is a CUP!:rasp:

Hi, This might seem a little dum so sorry. The guide mentions having to change the oil filter as part of the job, If im just changing the oil after 5K as recommended, do I need to change the filter? Cheers

I concur with ChrisTurbo. Mine were a little firsky from new but done 300ish miles with them now and they have set in just fine.
