is it easy to find a good map for this engine for any of the mentioned ECUs?

As far as I know the ecu of the v6 model is matched to the security module, which means that you can’t use this ecu-engine to another car (not nessesary a clio!). Is this right? And if it is, is there a way to “unlock” it and use it as normaly (without any security)? Thanks in advance
