there is nothing at all nothing happens i can here the controls clicking to there settings but nothing happens no cold air could it be a resistor ?

where is the resistor also where do i get one from and how much are they thanks

can any one shed any light on why my blower doesnt work on my 172 sport when i put it on at any speeds eg automatic windscreen demister, fuse is fine also a funny humming noise coming from my interior light area any one know ?thanks
