headlight adjustment

hi people does anyone know how to adjust the dip beam pattern on my headlights as im dazzling everyone to and from work ive got a 172 with xenons its the drivers side headlight unit,thanks

There are some plastic (white?) hex adjusters behind the lights. You'll need an alan key. Mine aren't Xenons though so could be different. Can you not turn them down with the dial below and to the right of the steering wheel as an interim measure?

You don't get that dial on 1*2s with Xenons. They auto adjust via a sensor on the rear axle/beam thingy.
