Me too mate. Was always the choice of car for my grandad when I was a kid (along with an e34 5 series) so holds a lot of good memories!

After a good search, found the guy I wanted to do the work. One man band who does it to stay busy, not to make money. He wasn't expecting me in the workshop when we arrived and the car he was...
There is no fuel return pipe at the other end of the rail, the feed pipe on the left hand side as facing is all there is. And the what looks like a regulator missing is left as you see it, the rail is sealed other than the injector outlets and the feed.

I've never used impact sockets, but have always used known brand ones with my gun. I wouldn't use a Christmas cracker special. But Draper and above will do it for me.

For the hassle of it, pay someone £20 at a garage to fit it. By the time you've got the car jacked up, on stands, got the tools out, got cold, then put it back together you could be out having done a 20min road test after they've done it on a ramp with air tools.

Engine all in and plumbed up now. Started first turn of the key which was a nice surprise!
Back down on it's wheels next weekend and it can head off to the body shop to get sorted out....
