Going back to wheelbase in the morning, so what aftermarket wheel does have an offset nearer 45, let me guess ....turinis...:)

even more confused now....spoke to wheelbase who advised the correct offset for a 2004 clio 182 is 36 -They have double checked all their guides... so these at 37 will be fine even if lowered???? They seem to think that it is the cup cars that have the higher offset.... anybody offer any...

Dont really understand offset and all that , Got them from wheelbase in Oldham and they tell me the offset is 37 ??:S

They are Tecnomagnesio Detroits, The F1 only come in 18" , toyed with the idea of putting dark wheels on but went for classic silver in the end...

Hi all I have a non cup packed 182 and was looking to do some modding... My original thoughts was to change the wheels then get it lowered but after investigating this I have been told that once lowered most wheels I was looking at wont fit. I fancied some ultraleggeras... My question is...

:lolup: :lolup: Fair enough, thanks for the comments, i knew they would be "marmite" wheels just couldnt make my mind up on how I felt about them, looks like I will be playing safe and going for the ultraleggera's then. Question is now what colour ......:S

Erm, not sure really mate, they are certainly different ...think they would suit something german better like a golf ....end of the day though if you like go for it..

Thanks for the reply mate, i am only going for the 16's as i dont want to affect the handling, plus i can transfer my tyres over hence saving a few pennies. Anybody else.....
