I would think it would sell better standard. Mods are all down to personal taste so it might be difficult to find soemone who wants those mods.

I would say light. If you go really dark it's not just tacky, it screams chav :dead: My black 1.2 has lightly tinted windows done by renault. They look good. Might be worth photoshopping different levels of tint to see what colour you prefer.

Most people will do a discount if there are loads of panels. I got 9 dents on 4 different panels done for £80.
