Thanks for the input however the problem isnt as much in removing the dent as it is in me not being sure wether it needs a respray in that area or not? Im not quite clued up when it comes to panel beating and the likes hence my question and concern.

Well my ladies uncles horses escaped from their field today, and when one of the workers was guiding one of the horses back to the yard he had the bright idea of trying to calm the horse down ... NEXT TO MY CAR ... which ended up in the horse bucking and having a quick sit down on the rear panle...
Aight thanks for that mate, well i gave it a shot already, letting it heat up now in the sun with the windows closed, like a sauna for it to really sink in (as advised). in about 40 min ill go give it a buff over and put up the results.

yeah im already on there mate, however i currently reside in Poland and the shipping costs are frikken ridiculous. thats why im looking at what i can get over here on this side to get the job done ;) You able to give me an answer to my question regarding the hand polishing perhaps ?
Ok no worries i found out exactly how to use the sealant, however i have another question.
Is the meguiars soft foam applicator good enough to use for hand polishing out swirls and the like? not sure if i dont need something more abrasive or not.

I have a question regarding the product in my topic, as i understand (perhaps incorrectly) you apply the sealant conditioner at the end of all the claying, polishing and waxing as a final coat to protect all your work, correct ?? or not :dead:
Also is it ok to apply this...

Got some of the usual scratches and swirls on my bodywork, and was wondering if turtle wax safe cut is a decent enough compound do get rid of them?
I ask as im not really in the financial position at the moment to be purchasing meguiars and sonus etc :dapprove:

I have recently removed my rear badges from my black astra G and there seems to be some kind of resin left behind, outlining where the badges were. And for the life of me i cant get it off, ive tried car soap, polishing it, methylated spirits, some break dust remover iquid ...

Thanks mate, however shes a bit better off than the average car form Poland, as i bought her from a guy that brought her in from Holland ... so she had a bit of a better past.
