The mechanism that tips the seat forward to allow rear passengers in has given up. All the other seat movements are working (forward/back, up/down and back rest tip forward/back).
Had a good luck under the cover and the cable from the lever at the top of the seat to the first bar is fine. The...
I was thinking the exact thing the other day.
I think it my be that both exhausts are right under the rear window so you see all of it where as go other cars the are off to one side and pointing away. I'd say if your still getting usual mpg then it's prob ok.
BMW might have owned the company and helped with the design/development of the 75 but I was talking about the V8 version which was built after BMW got rid.
It was built by Rover at longbridge using a Ford Mustang engine. Not slagging it off, what the engineers at rover did with such limited...
Those v8 sound absolutely amazing. Old Boss used to have a MG ZT Estate V8 , could listen to that car warble all day long.
After Rover went tits up had to strip some of the cars that were left on the line. Saw a few of half built V8 body shells, proper looked like they had been cobbled...
It was borderline and also had to use the tyre foam stuff to get home. The tyre place wouldn't repair after that stuff.
Was quite interesting seeing the mess it made of the inside of the tyre, should have taken some pics.
Anyone got any recommendations for alloy refurb companys? Got one alloy that i fancy getting fixed, got a pretty big chip mark that'll probably need filling.
I couldn't afford to stay there, let alone have a car as well:dead:.
Other half went for a drunken explore round the mental hospital, she said it proper sh@t her up when they found a slipper in a padded room. I wouldn't even go there in the day..haha
Got a really annoying rattle that is coming from the dash panel bit where the ESP and cruise control buttons are.
How does this attach to the dash? will I need to take the whole dash off to get to it or is there a screw underneath?
Wanted to swap my front and back wheels around to try get a bit more life out of my tyres...but my front wheel is well and truly stuck. Think it's rusted to the hub.
Anyone got any ideas how I can free it off?
Very Basic but they have 2 cam profiles; one for low revs and one for high revs. The ECU then switches between them

Got a box of stuff from clean your car, who were really quick at delivery.
Can't wait, never owned a car that has warranted cleaning before, haha!
I'll be sure to post before and after pics later!!
Originally wanted Arctic Blue but one of the guys at work had that so settled for Titanium Silver.
Nearly bought a Petrol Blue one which doesn't look that nice in pics but in the flesh looks well nice.
