Spent a few hours with GDI today[a right laugh as usual]

Old Discs were shall we say, a little worn!

As you can see the back was even worse

Obviously the pads were screwed although plenty of meat left

New discs so no more "s**t will it slow down for the roundabout!"

All Fitted,Bled and ready to go

Got to let them all settle in before i go stamping on them i guess but feel so much better already.

After a proper bedding in they are awesome. Slowing down from a little over 90 mph today [private road of course] there was no fade at all. Press hard though and you will be wearing the windscreen as a mask

Massive improvement on what i had,although looking at the state of the discs you can see i give the brakes a good work out. Most of my driving is the motorway commute to and from work [80 miles a day] so a lot of braking from 70/80.

What sort of price that set up cost if you dont mind is asking

Fitted it was £329 and in my opinion worth every penny.

Very true! Have to be careful with leaving stuff outside! The grey devil got some damage to it a few months back!

They were fine as long as i stayed under 120mph and 2 miles behind the nearest car :rasp:
