Dave's been around since before the dinosaurs, i've been around since the spice girls, but with all due respect to Dave and Emerald he doesn't build F4R engines - i do and a true 225bhp on a stock bottom end NA is impossible! BIGASH's is 210 with high comp pistons and the same cams as you, tonys...
Oh i agree with the stock insides bit, but if you build a "proper" engine properly there shouldn't be an issue!
With that setup Hoofy there's no way its 225bhp, its not actually possible! real world that'll be (as you say on your page) 205-210bhp range
S.Diesel if its you that has been ringing me about the old style one, i've spoken to the manufactures this morning and i would need to order 5 minimum, therefore the old one is not going to happen, new style only
The old 182/V6/any other car with daft coloured seatbelts, my silver ones have gone a bit naff looking and there's no way i'm cleaning them!!
I had a customer 197 in that had his belts "re webbed" in red (ie the belts are replaced, but the mechanism stays original)

Oil - its upto you and your pocket, you can use either 10W40 semi (cheaper normally) or the better 5W40 fully syn
oil filter you'll need to check, turn the steering full lock left and look behind the drivers front wheel (take a pic and post it if you want)
-2.3 (which is 2.5 in english) is the most i've seen on stock shocks, but i don't use those washers as i feel they get in the way! (before you ramble on that you NEED them, several customer cars who race/sprint etc all have them "my way" without issue!)
a quick google reveals that the EZ36 engine they've used is 260ps standard in NA trim, but its on a 10.5:1 comp ratio! I didn't see them do anything in terms of rods/pistons, so i guess its a case of whack boost at it and see what happens! The E85 will help though! That'll do 550-600bhp i would...
looks about normal, compare to the other one? I always laugh at MOT testers saying there's play in the top mounts (with the wheels off the floor) last time i checked clios don't fly
