I have a cup 172 with dodgy shocks and springs and i just want coilovers for sturdyness again... What ones should i go for? Also i have 17'' oz superturismo's that i think could be a problem... They look fantastic on the car but there a bit big for the height i want to go... Where could i find...

as above iam looking for parts online and just seem to be getting offered standard parts.... iam loooking for a landing panel and crossmember. are they the same size as sports or are sports wider?

Well i was driving along a straight road behind a fiesta zetec wen all of a sudden i seen smoke and brake lights... I tried braking as hard as i could dropping gears but jus bumped into the back of her:( i jumped out shouting wen the girl jumped out very apologetic claiming her brakes locked...

ok got a full technical report on my car and this is wat it needs. back coilover snapped, 2 front tyres, full exhaust system, power steeringf switch leakin fluid, possibly new steering rack, engine and gearbox mounts, also the computer think its called a uch or somethin. thats fucked cant see...

i know this has probably been asked millions of times but whats quicker. ive been told the 182 has a more powerful engine but weighs more there for the 172 been slighlty quicker or the same. whats actually true??

my service light came on my dash today as its due a oil service but then when i started the car it said oil ------ what does that mean. yesterday it said oil ok. does it just mean its due a service or the oil is low??
