Give GMC Motorspot a call or visit there web site. They can supply a Rotrex supercharger which is a lot smaller than the usual ones you see,e.g. Jackson etc.

I didnt notice the warp when I bought it, and to be honest I couldnt really notice it when I removed it off the car even though I new damn well it was warped. You just have to try it and see. There are loads of people who have bought one without a problem, so maybe I was just unlucky.

it aint no toy. 460bhp V8 sealed engine, carbon fibre body shell, tubular space frame, huge disks...oh, and loud as f**k! If it is a toy then I want one to play with now!
The photo is a bit sh*t so as to keep the file size down. Ive got photos of the Merc CLK-Rs and the Opel Astras...
...feast your eyes on this for an induction system!

Took the pic this afternoon at Donington for the third round of the German DTM. This particukar little jobbie is a Audi ABT TT-R.
Btw, was anyone there in a Williams 3 (N*** LTL)?
Just been to ADC in Nottingham. Did two runs: one with the ecotek fully closed, and the other with the ecotek open and tuned.
Without Ecotek: 89bhp @ wheels
With Ecotek: 90bhp @ wheels
So, as you see, theres not much in it. I guess Ill leave the ecotek on since on long runs my fuel...
Bought a double spoiler last tuesday from my renault dealer for £115 + vat. Took it home, spent 2 days spraying it. It looked really nice. Fitted it to the car and it was warped!! Only slightly...just enough so as not to notice when I initially placed it on the car before painting.
Well pissed...
GMC Motorsport based in scotland can fit a Rotrex supercharger to most applications. I was quoted roughly £25000 + vat about a year and a helf ago.
Incidentally, where exactly would the supercharger go? Theres no blummin room in the 172 engine bay from what Ive heard.

how does the device produce this swirl then? Surely it is by letting a small amount (compared to the overall induction charge) of air into the inlet manifold through the valve.
Ill let you know the results of my rolling road session on Saturday anyway.

yeah I did. See the thread below:

As it says in the instructions. Something along the lines of:
* Wait until you engine is at normal operating temperature
* Unscrew the valve until it starts to vibrate (youll know when!)
* Tighten the valve until the vibrating just stops, and then tighten another 1/4 turn.
I have my...
When my inlet manifold gasket went, my renault garage told me that the gaskets fitted to the clio are not designed for use with an induction kit...
...I read this as: we use sh!t cheap gaskets!
The new one has been okay since though.
Poor idle can be due to an inlet manifold leak. If the inlet manifold bolt torque settings were incorrect (i.e. loose) and you cane teh revs then the inlet manifold gasket gets sucked into the manifold creating a hole. (This happened to me!). Could be a vacuum hose leak too.
Have you noticed...
One button to arm it. Another switch on the throttle to sense when fully open. As long as the system is armed, youre at full throttle, and you have some left in the bottle then NO2 will be fed to the engine.
You can also get systems that feed diffeent amounts at different throttle positions...
Look <a target="_blank" href="http://www.pumaracing.co.uk/pp03.htm" target="_blank">here for a really good read up on the calculations involved. While you there read the rest of the site. This guy REALLY knows his stuff.
I wouldnt paint it until you have fitted it (i.e. in situ) since the seat splitter needs to be bent into shape and this will flex and probably flake the paint.

the 5GTT has a relatively old chassis. The new breed of cars (such as the Clio II) which the super-safety-NCAP-conscious manufacturers are creating have much much stiffer/rigid chassiss and so the difference in handling is not as great. However, no matter what the amount of difference...

Can you help me. Can you download <a target="_blank" href="http://www.boughey-fritsch.demon.co.uk/images/vac_hose.jpg" target="_blank">this image (79kb), mark on the image which hose Im supposed to cut and then <a target="_blank"...
