I'm sure you will love it! Wish I had gone for the speedlines but the car I bought was in the showroom and I didn't want to have to wait months for a new build.
Bad luck indeed.
I was told the guy with the stickered up 197 won the clio cup championship last year. Think it was part of the prize he won. Seemed to be teaching his friend the lines etc.
Was the black one. Found out it had the wrong gearbox in it. 4th gear was like most cars 5th. Doesn't go too badly with only 103 bhp. The S2000 was really unlucky. Think it was his first time on track and he spun it on one of the straights.
Yes, that was my 200. Thought there was something different about your cup. Nice touch with the spoiler. My friend and his son were out playing with the sons metro.
Did you see the S2000 go off?
I was there watching on Sunday. Tidy looking Cup and well driven. I used to have one a few years ago. Still got my winter tyres on the 200 but once they come off will hopefully get out at Cadwell.
The fiesta was going well too!
Preaching to the converted here. Myself and a friend(both in clio 200's) drove those roads at the begining of November.
And this is my desktop photo:
Nice cars, I used to have a ATR 3 years ago and really enjoyed it. Had a passanger ride round Knockhill in a C36 a few years ago and that was...
My mate has a few garages, Glenrothes and Ladybank are closest. They could fit it if you have all the parts(gaskets etc if required).
I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else and you wont get ripped off.
He is also a Clio RS200 owner:cool:
I've not been to a speed sunday/hot hatch day for years and I only live 20 miles from the track.
However I try and go to the Top Marques days/evenings as its free to watch and there are loads of nice cars(lambos, porsches, astons, mercs, bmws etc) on track. Quite often see a 197 cup on track...
Thanks. Silver doesn't normally do it for me. Normally looks quite plain. With the dark wheels, front bumper, mirrors and defuser i think it makes all the difference.
Says the man with the silver car? I don't have the time to spend hours detailing dark colour cars these days. Wont show small marks up like darker colours and it blends in a bit more, unlike LY or AG......
Hi, used to be on here when I had a 172 cup about 5 years ago. Back to the fold with a 200. Loving it so far, just waiting till the run in phase is over:evil:
The locals seemed to like it:approve:
