My clio's cigarette lighter, clock and stereo have all decided to stop working at the same time but the engine starts fine and no other problems. Could this be a fuse? any help appreciated

By far, the lowest clio I think i've ever seen! I dont no how it gets over the speed humps into Shendish Manor (Apsley/Hemel Hempstead) but its impressive. Seen it a few times there now. Has (I think) lenso BSX's alloys in black with silver lip. Some rear stickers but didnt see a CS one.. Oh...

Weather was nice so gave the car a good clean and a coat of wax. Then brought a set of 15" Team Dynamics Pro Race off Bass_Direct on here at the weekend so went and got them fitted today. A few pics, enjoy :)
