OZ Wheel Weight Saving

Car  MG ZR 160 VVC
I'm putting my new OZ racing wheels on this week, and thought they felt abit lighter than my standard ones so thought i'd weigh em up.

a crapy phone pic of my old one (with a hole in it) and a pic of the new one (needs more laquer yet)

and the OZ came in at 2kg lighter. So thats a saving of 8kg in total :)

thought i'd share that. carry on.

How heavy with tyres?

I've got some unknown 195/45/16s @ 22lb(with plenty of rubber on) seems OK but not that light

thats what i mean with tyres.
Standard was 15.5kg, OZ was 13.5kg

Does that sound about right? I'm personally not that bothered about the whole "saving weight for performance" thing cause mines a 1.2 but thought someone might like to know. They're the same tyres: 185/55/R15
