Just had my gearbox rebuilt and also purchased new drive shafts. got the box back in and fitted the new drive shafts. When we put the gear oil in it is leaking from the near side drive shaft where it meets the gearbox. eventually most of the oil found it's way onto the floor any ideas...

Silly question what's an easy out?!

Head of the bolts have snapped when using a breaker bar :-(

When removing the gearbox from my 172, some of the bolts have snapped. Due to the position it is impossible to get access to the bottom of the bolt, any one any ideas as to how they can be removed? thanks matt

Its a a constant noise that increases as I drive harder, which for me leads to the gearbox

Pretty sure the dog bone mount is all good as it has an uprated bush. Could it be a drive shaft?

Hope I'm not the only prat that's done this but took my Clio badge off the boot ( not realising i would be left with 2 wholes!) have a new Renault sport badge that I have put on but it doesn't cover the wholes, what have other people done? cheers

Spoke to mtec, think there's a couple of types of disc so they may have to send me another pair for the rear

Just having some mtec drilled and groved discs and pads fitted to my 02 172. The mechanic says the abs ring is loose and won't fit correctly, anyone else had this problem? cheers

Having some difficulty in deciding/finding what tyres to choose have a 2002 172 with standard 16's want a tyre suitable for track use aswell as being road legal, what do I go for? ​thanks

Im interested to know this. Been told t1rs are on back order. Been offered 4's at a good price. I'm looking at doing some track days and want to see what people opinions are!
