Not my cup of tea but each to their own.
I am confused though, changing the wheels and considering removing the stripes ... what next, colour code the body parts and fit some recaros!? Sounds like you should have bought a 200 and specced it up.
Prefer the 5 spokes in Anthracite, the Speedlines don't look anything special and black/white wheels look naff. Also aren't the 5 spokes the lighter option!?
I think the standard alloys in Anthracite are the best wheels for the 200. The Speedlines look OK but should come in a non painted option. Aren't the standards the lighter option too!
Don't know if you've been on Renault Sport site but if you haven't then its worth a look...
It might be worth you considering the Scorpion 192 exhaust. Its ment to be light and supposed to be quiet so shouldn't sound like a "chav sounding s**tbox". Loads of info including weight saving on their site...

You have a blue ring!?! Must be from all the hammer its had over the years;)
Sounds like a cup, but from the pic it doesnt look the right colour. You got any other pics of the car/interior.
All I've tried is elbow grease and Autoglym clean wheels which didn't really do anything. I've read Meguiars wheel bright is good. Would it be worth trying something like the Meguiars before going for the brick acid!?
Need a bit of help and advice for removing brake dust from my spare alloy. Looks like the previous owner left the brake dust on and it’s been sat in the wheel well for a few years.
Is there anything anyone one recommend to remove it?
The plan was to buy Sportlines but I noticed people selling Cup springs for £20 so thought it might have been worth a punt. I'm changing the rear shocks in the summer so was thinking about fitting springs at the same time.
Think you're right though, if I'm gonna fit springs might aswell do it...
Anybody had Rainsport 2's? Thinking about getting a set for mine. Seem to be rated good on here...
