ta mate, well, eight months down the line and its going in again. (realy I have spent too much time and attention keeping it in good nick to give it back, and a wad on mods!)
If it ait right this time Im torching it and getting a new one on Renault insurance!!! (get them back some way or...
I alwas ru new cars in slowly, dont go over 4000rpm (its hard but worth it). The car will open up better and stay quieter for longer, gives the engine time to settle in. Proved it is worth it, my old Fiesta I got 8 years ago is still running sweet as a nut. Normal services and nothing has ever...
cos its under warranty and this is the only garage close. Scary thing is they were repairing a maranello next to mine when it went in 1st time!!!! Suppose red is easy to paint!
happened to me three nights in a row, white vectra chased me then blues go on, I slow, kids laugh! I reported them on the second night I was that p**sed off, third night i didnt slow down, it was a bloody copper car for REAL, bugger! He saw the funny side about 30 mins later once I told him the...
Anyone else on here own a Sunburst Yellow new Clio? or come to that, a platinum one, or any other Clio that Renault cant paint the bumpers the correct, mathing colour on?
I bought my Clio in January and since then I have been arguing with Renault that the front and rear bumpers, along with...

I bought a Roadie Detector from Makro for £99 plus VAT, quite a few false alarms but city mode cuts them out, cheapest in the country as far as I can tell.
If you want the best its the Bell 550 Euro (about £350)

6 month service for new Clios has been scrapped according to my local Renault dealer, apparently if you want it you can have it done but it doesnt invalidate your warranty if u aint got it.
THIS ONLY APPLIES TO CARS REGISTERED AFTER 1/1/2002 THOUGH!
Since buying my 2002 1.2 16v Dynamique I have been having random intermitant faults with the car (namely it stalling during gear changes, ecu warning light coming on etc etc).
I took it to my new local Reg Vardy Renault dealer who offer a turn up and wait service. I asked them to re-program...
I bought a set of the anthracite/grey Super Leggeras thinking that the colour would hide most of the dirt, thus meaning I could leave them every ow and again. Problem is, yes, they do hide a lot of brake dust, but!, they are an absolute pain in the arse to clean!!
Due to the shape of the...

if they are the anthracite Super Leggeras you are goin to have a big problem. OZ will not release the paint code for the wheels, thus, only they can refurb them (believe me its nearly cheaper to buy a new one!)
It only took the missus 1 hr of driving to curb mine (she was avoiding another tit...
Sounds like it could be a dodgy earth aswell, tweeters tend to be most suseptable to bad earth (imho).
Have you changed the head unit at all? Pulled any wiring? Best thing to do is find the earth cable and work back from there. (or just bin the crappy standard tweeters and get some components!)
If you want a new head unit to utilise the origional remote controls on the steering column then you would be best going for one of the new Kenwood units (I can personally recommend the KDC-M9021) and you have to buy the adapter that uses the orogional remote (and ustilises the standard display...

I have seen 90mm (chopped springs) with 17s and the guy said the car is ok, aslong as the road is as smooth as a babys arse and u dont have to turn very often!
Would say 60mm is enough on 17s
