I tried moving the mount further forward on the sunvisor and it was a little better.

@Big P Dog i'd heard reports from others where it'd been overskimmed and an oversized idler pulley was needed to take up the excess slack created in the belt!
Looking at it driving home I did wonder if I'd mounted it too far back, so have repositioned it closer to the hinge end for another run in the morning.
I did also talk to Mendizmo earlier about strapping it to his Trendline one evening, and he's up for that, possibly Friday.
Had to improvise in the Polo, the strap doesnt quite fit the OEM headrests.
So I did this instead.
Does that still count as a fair test?

Back onto the original question, the head to go for would be the ph1 172 head *in theory*
Reason being, the ph1 172 head has larger exhaust ports from standard over a ph2 / 182 head.

It's a heavy duty velcro loop, rated at 7kg of grab.
The mount has a loop it threads through to pull it tight and take the slack out, then fold it back on itself for the grab :D
