Some great pics and it was nice seeing the clios some really nice examples. The 172 I had is still the best car I've had for enjoying a B road.
I was on track in a white dc5 (not the carbon bonneted one) if anyone happened to get any pics of me I'd really appreciate seeing them.
Thanks for the pics conlon mate, they've already been used here

Right its currently in a garage being diagnosed after it wouldnt start, it was turning over but not catching
They tried a new crank sensor but that didnt help. They have said that they have had an oscilloscope (?) on it and it seems no information is going from the ecu or back to the ecu from...
Re: Iceberg 172 Cup Project
Mine has recently done this, plug leads were perished and cracked. Changed them and the low down misfire, pops n bangs all disappeared
Right I posted a tread the other week about a misfire that developed on my car whilst on cadwell park.

Anyhow ive since changed the coilpack, leads and plugs...
Renewal came for the clio from flux and it had more than doubled. Ended up going with the post office and the guy at flux said go with them as we wont get near their quote.
Bit gutted as i'd been with them for 5years and always got a good service/price
Took it out for a drive this morning and its completely disappeared. Need to get to the bottom of this or it will always be in my head for next trackday
Thanks j26 will be sure to check that mate
I was on cadwell park yesterday and late on in the day my car developed what I can only describe as a misfire but im not sure.
The issue initially was only happening in 3rd and 4th, at around 5k revs the engine would seem to hit a limiter, the shift light flash then at times pass through this...
I just use it to help when using my (now pink) drying towel. In terms of shine it doesnt compare to red mist but then it is a lot cheaper. Cant be that bad I keep buying it
Re: Project 172k Trophy, & its endless track abuse
