Mine has a similier noise which goes away when warm and re-appears at about 80 on the motorway.
I think its down to two things
1. It resonating noise at a certian frequency at a certain speed because
2. its built by Renault and its french
You might as well have a look yourself as the...
Surface water on a motorway could be considered a natural occurance, oil isnt.
They would never admit anything and you have to fight a bloody battle, but if you do progress with it alot of poeple have been known to win.
Im only suggesting it because it may be an expensive right off
Just a...
It may be worth you getting some advice on where you stand with regards to claiming off the Highways Agency. It is their responsiblitity to make sure the roads are, well road worthy, if you know what I mean.
Its the same situation as people suing the local councils for pot hole damage.
It...
To start any business you will need capitol and this usually comes from the bank, which is where your business account would be.
You will need a business plan, without this you will get nowhere.
Also do not take any advice from anyone on this site unless they have been in the business...
They all do it. Its a combination of the hard wall contis and the suspension loading and unloading.
Improvements have been known through changing to a soft wall or other tyre and Apex 30mm drop springs helped on mine.
Its not a fault as such
Not recommended in the sunlight.
If its for scratch removal try Meguliers ActiveX, much better and less harsh than Autoglyms renovator.
I have found Autoglyms renovator to leave tiny scratches in the past, use with caution !! Its not a polish but a fine cutting agent
I owned a 2000MY Impreza Turbo. Fast car with excellent grip etc.
I now have the Cup 172. You cant really compare the two. I think the handling of the scooby was better because of the four wheel drive and the ability to get the rear breaking away under power in certain circumstances.
The Cup...
OK, this is what was done: They updated the software and altered the idle slightly. There have been 23 updates since my car was build for changes to the cold start and such like.
Dont know what was in there before but the new software requires a lot more throttle movement than before. I will...
I had a 16V that had very noisy power steering.
It can be a sign the pump is on its way out, but mine lasted over 30000 miles with the noise and was still working when I sold it.
Its not my imagination!! they told me they had changed something, I just cant remember what he said.
And you can notice the difference. Im not saying its slower just more delayed when you initially accelerate.
Sod it, I will just go and get them to change it back, thought someone might have...
I think some people miss the point of what the Cup represents. If you want lots if toys like air con thats fine, but I bought the Cup because it is striped down. I didnt want traction control ABS etc
And I could have afforded a more expensive car if Id fancied it.
Test being referred to is...
Car has just had 12000 mile service and everything is fine.
I asked him to check the ECU because the idle was a little lumpy and it was hunting slightly, didnt expect him to actually do anything.
When I drove the car the idle had been improved, but there is less throttle response.
I think...
I have just managed to pick myself up off the floor. What a truly funny man you are!!
The term toys was not a dig at your precious 182s, perhaps possessions is a better term to use.
Mind you some of you fellas on here are a little slow I guess
Fair enoughski !!
They must have change the document or version since I saw it because it was never that clearly stated before. Probably find post 02 warrantys have changed the statement on servicing requirements
But remember if you pay Peanuts you get Monkeys !!
