well how does it go on.does it go onto the metal on the doors or onto the inside of the door pannels.also how much and how many layers will i need.what bout the rear pannels.i heard u could get some kind of expanding foam to put in the boot door or something.

i just fitted a sub and when i have it loud the boot and rear side pannels vibrate and make my car sound sh*t is there anything i can do to stop this.

will the 16v interior(front and back seats) fit into my 1.4rt phase 3.will i need the 16v frames or will my rt ones be ok.do people think its worth getting these cos i think these seats look great and still give me access to the back seats which most buckets dont

took the top off my 1.4rt mk1 phase 3 dash and found a load of connectors with wires but they werent connected what r they for. also if i fitted the 3 extra dials from a valver 1 would they fit and 2 how much wireing would i need to do. also will 16valve seats fit in my clio.will i need...
