Something which I saw advertised on Facebook and thought it would maybe be of interest to the people of CS!
"RoadStr is the social network for car enthusiasts and petrolheads. Discover your local car community, groups, events, and meetups. Make friends and drive!"

6'2" tall and wide, I've been ok using mine as a daily and some spirited driving! That's even with the standard seats. What's these rubber bungs? How do they come out?
Just had the cup out for its proper first run since I bought it 3 weeks ago. Loving it but I have one problem and need a bit of advice. The steering wheel material is HORRIBLE dead sticky and after rubbing my hands together after 10 minutes its cooking away. People will have posted this before...
Did you guys use spacers? I have heard a few other people using spacers to give the car a more aggressive look but I quite like it as it is.
Who do you use to insure the car?
Hi everyone!
Recently I started a thread on whether to buy a clio exclusive, I then changed my mind when I found out a mechanic friend of mine has decided to sell his 172 Cup. He bought it on eBay and had a list as long as his arm to fix. Mechanically it is sound after he has serviced it and it...
This is the thing. It's got 130k on the clock, patchy (if any) service history but it is standard. Going to view a local 172 Cup which will probably be my best bet. Plenty of history and well looked after so fingers crossed less headaches!
Here potentially for a slating but looking for some advice. I've been offered the chance of a 172 Exclusive, I know they aren't for everyone but I've been keeping my eyes open for something which can be driven but at the same time something which *MIGHT* be worth some money in the future. I've...
The last time I posted on here was when I said good bye to my old faithful Clio, Billy. The 1.2 16v workhorse that was my first car! Since then I turned to the dark side of Jap ownership with a hot Suzuki Swift! Time to return back to my roots with a brand new Inca Yellow Clio!
Cant wait to...

Mine was called Billy (dunno why haha) and Wor lasses is Suzy the Suzuki (original pet)!
Mates is Colin (Colin the Clio), Wendy the Ka and Paul the Polo!
Hate when cars are modified but they aren't even decent cars! Why spend some £300 odd on some alloys and tires and stick them on a Rover 25?!

Braked and the rear started to swing, thats how on a straight road I went left haha! Thats the telegraph pole though and the house on the left at the time was on sale thankfully as no one was inside at the time
Only 19 so and passed when I was 17, definetly not experienced like a lot of those who have been driving for years. Being younger I thought I was indestructible, this was in September btw! Been a while since I was last on here haha!
