I just had the renault technical experts report, they say that the noise only occurs when driving very quickly and on uneven road surface,they think the noise is thydraulic fluid in the power steering pipes when turning sharply and one of the front wheels being kicked back by uneven road...

It might have gone for now, i have had things done to mine for the same thing and it only goes away temporarily, i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if it doesnt come back fair play.

The mod has been done and no it hasnt worked, the car has been rejected but they keep getting renault technical to come out and have a look at it i just wondered whether this is standard procedure or whether theey are just dragging their feet.

It has a knocking noise on drivers side when going round corners, its like a metal to metal shuddering noise, they have supposely rebuilt the front end in the last 3 weeks and the noise is still there?

The car has been in a total of ten times, mostly for a day, 2 times for more than a week and this tenth time is 4 weeks to day on going i think it is ridiculous. Renault technical is coming out to look at it next week so that will makeit 5 weeks.

It is having the patience to persist, they have had the car a month today, this is the tenth time it has been in dont mean to moan but patience is really wearing thin. Getting very annoyed maybe its time for some heavier action.:@
