what setting should wheel nuts be torqued up to?

Going to be changeing my gear box oil at the weekend, and am after some tips or maybe a little how to? what oil should be used and how much does the gearbox take? I can see the sump plug to remove the oil but where abouts do you fill it up?

How long should it normally take for a car to get from the reno import centre to a dealer? Mines been at the import centre for nearly 3 weeks and according to the dealer its going to be another week, and that wasnt even guarante.
