V6 MK2 Gear Box Oil Change

Going to be changeing my gear box oil at the weekend, and am after some tips or maybe a little how to?

what oil should be used and how much does the gearbox take?

I can see the sump plug to remove the oil but where abouts do you fill it up?

i used motul FFLSD, and its so smooth its like another gear box.

roughly 3 liters

apparentley they use a specific oil which is something daft like £20 a litre from renault, but don't quote me on that!!
