It was me! I don't usually use it for the commute to Bolton but it was a nice morning so I couldn't resist :D
Thanks for the compliments :) it has a Pure Motorsport decat exhaust system on it and it makes an immense noise and made a very noticeable performance boost, worth every penny!
Your...
That would be me! I usually use my Mondeo as the commuter but I am using the Trophy for a few weeks as it has been out of action since January with some electronic gremlins.
A white 11 reg 200. I followed you on my way home from work this evening in my work horse (Mondeo TDCI)
It looked fantastic and was great to see it being driven well through some corners.
As the title says, I followed you through Keighley and down the A629 about 6.20am this morning the reg started PY10 I think. Looked fantastic!
Unfortunately I was in my work car/commuting car (silver Mondeo) not the Trophy.
I think the reg was RJ57, it was a silver/grey 197. I followed you all the way into Harrogate, looked far too clean for this time of year ;)
I was in my (very dirty) Trophy.
I was thinking this, there seems to be a few people wanting to meet at different places. Could we have somewhere where we can all meet up and drive in?
I mean Colton retail park is only a 30-40 minute drive for me from Halifax so I would be up for that.
I will be heading up in my Trophy from Halifax area if anyone is passing? Could fancy meeting up and driving up with some other Renaultsports if anyone is up for it.
I know most people on here have an irrational hatred for induction kits but I fitted a KTR induction kit to my 182 Cup and now to my 182 Trophy and the throttle response is definitely better, the engine feels to rev more freely, I would say the performance is noticeably improved (but this could...
As the title says, I didn't realise you were behind me at first so I swung it round to come and say hi lol
I thought I was the only one around Penrith too if its any consolation!
It looked really smart and sounded good too.
It is a lovely noise particularly with the Milltek cat back too. I think it is how the 182 should have sounded from the start, it makes me smile every time I give it the beans or blip it down a gear.
I think its illegal not to wind your windows down, take 2nd and floor it through a tunnel...
Cheers it has a K-tec induction kit on it, childish I know but worth every penny.
Ah, right so you would have heard me miss third gear :D
I bet your V6 sounds good through there!
As the title says, I was on the other side of the carriageway in my Trophy but there was no missing the liquid yellow! Looked really smart in the sun!
Anyone on here?
Ah, nice work! I think they look really good, particularly on a Trophy :)
Cheers! It is in need of a good clean but the weather never stays nice for long enough to make it worth it.
I miss my Titanium 182 FF sometimes, but normally only when I go over a grate or a pothole lol
It looks really smart with those turinis mate and sounded good going down the slip road too!
It was indeed a Yorkshire KK sticker :D I am studying down here but live in West Yorkshire, I bet I am the only one down here with one :)
As the title says with anthracite turinis, sounded really nice! I followed you down the slip road onto the M3. Pretty sure you had a clio forum sticker in th back window :)
As the title says, a 172 I think bouncing it off the rev limiter from the traffic lights at Fishers Pond, Eastleigh, I only caught a quick glimpse.
I am guessing it is forced induction of some sort to light the wheels up that easily.
Anyone on here?
As the title says, pretty sure it was a 172 Cup, clearly had an induction kit on it, sounded ace! Had a little play around in the national limit stretches until I had to stop for fuel, nice to come across another owner with a sense of humour!
You were parked up at the traffic lights at the end of Porstmouth Road as I was getting out of my Trophy in the driveway. Anyone on here?
Looked very smart by the way in Liquid Yellow!
