Re: engine mod advise
If I was you I would just get your car looking as tidy as you can, without wasting money on mods. Save what your gonna spend and put it towards a better car when you can insure one.
When I think of the money I wasted, I wish I had saved it now.
Thanx, hadnt thought of that one. lol.
Im just tryin to work out if the light should have come on yet. As chris says, dont think I can trust the guage.
Thanx for that I will try it.
If trip is showing 50 miles remaining, would you trust it. Im not trying to run it as low as I can, just wanting to know if its actually accurate. The needle on the fuel guage does seem to fluctuate abit, and it seems strange that the needle is on red and no light on.
As the title says really. My fuel guage is on the red, but remaining miles on the trip is showing 50. The fuel warning light isnt on either.
Does this seem normal? Its a 172.
Has any1 done this on a ph2 172? Just something I was thinking about, Ive got no real plans for changing wheels or suspension, but thought it might improve the look of the car.
You should know how it feels to be bullied then and think twice before you do it to other people. I can see that people dont spell things right and use bad grammar, including myself, but theres no need to be nasty about it. That goes for all the people on here that do it, I just dont think...
Even if you didnt read it, you still felt the need to **** him off. How about if other people on here have problems like you or even worse than you. Well done for working hard at improving yourself, but that doesnt give you the rite to put other people down. How would it make you feel if people...
I honestly dont come on here to have my spelling and grammar marked, you should type in red. lol.
If you open a thread and are that disgusted by it, just ignore it. You dont have to hurl abuse at people, it just makes you look bad.
At the end of the day its a car forum, its not as you are writing an official letter. In which case im sure evry1 would write differently. Should every1 start slaggin you off because you wrote habe instead of have? No they shouldnt.
Im gradually working at polishing similar marks out of my screen, im using a glass polishing kit sum1 at work has borrowed me.
It is improving the marks, still visible but not so obvious.
If it was my car, I would check around the door hinge area for any damage. If there isnt any, I would open the door and pull up on the back edge of it, then try it again. Go abit at a time.
