I have a Clio Sport MK3 2007 and want to replace the factory fitted stereo with a double din sat nav unit. The factory unit is single din, can the console facia on my Clio be replaced by a facia which will take a double din unit.

Update on my post. I took my car to a renault audio specialist and the sat nav cannot be installed into my vehicle without a full Nav wiring loom which aren't available from Renault. Also my ECU would need updating and I would also need an additional GPS unit.
