Carminat Sat Nav Install

I have a Clio Sport 2007 and purchased a Carminat Sat Nav and Stereo from a well known auction site. The Nav unit was taken out of a 2010 Ciio and the seller (a car breakers) told me that it will fit and replace my current console and radio. I now have the unit and have discovered there are more connections on the back of the Nav unit than there are cables. Has anyone had any experience of fitting one of these and do I need to purchase a different wiring loom.

Update on my post. I took my car to a renault audio specialist and the sat nav cannot be installed into my vehicle without a full Nav wiring loom which aren't available from Renault. Also my ECU would need updating and I would also need an additional GPS unit.
