    Very diificult to pull out probably easier to spot weld in a new cross member quite costly unless you can do it youself it might have pulled away from where it is attached at either side as well

    only some rn and rl had 4 speed even n regs did. phase 3 is not faster just because its got mpi and rt phase 1 and 2 had 80bhp. ive got both and rt is 10X better

    unless you are an experienced painter and have the equipment you wont stand a chance with twin pack £20 for just the paint is a rip off. Go to an independent 1 litre costs me £22. but you need hardener + thinners
