Yeah they all use an NRG style quick release. I have the ES wheel as well (same wheel just without the x-box branding), and a 13in chinese carbon rim. Not sure about compatability with non Moza wheels but tbh I think between the ES and a KS wheel there’s no real need for anything else. 12nm...

Yes. Very yes. 3080 will probably be double the performance (I wouldn’t bother with 20 series), and SLI support these days is pretty poor and will get worse going forward. However if your CPU is as old as the 980tis it may be your next bottleneck.
