You think they tried that at a dealership? They probably dipped the connections in water to make them rust faster so you can cough up the dough.

I had these on my old 197. They’re great tyres in the dry and are like superglue but found that they weren’t great in the wet. I aquaplaned in about a CM of water once with them.

Have you reset the head unit? I’d just look up XTRONS and see if they had a version available for your car. Decent for the price.
