Agreed, but I am 39. I have 2 children and 30 employees who take priority over phoning a garage who offer an email to contact them. Is this finished?

Maybe you would be in a better place to comment if you had 'some' facts. "Aren't sure if are SRS" - could you translate that to English?

Maybe some people are busy and 'phoning around' isn't a practical use of their time. Perhaps the question should be why do companies offer an email / website contact option but choose to ignore it?

Can anybody suggest anywhere else? I have emailed them and sent a request via their website but no response. Obviously they don't need any more work.
