OS Driveshaft Issue

Has anybody else encountered problems with worn drive shafts?
I had the 182 on the ramps today trying to diagnose a noise coming from the OS front wheel.
I get a graunching noise when setting off at anything quicker than Grandma speeds. When on the ramps I have found I can twist the driveshaft, there is around 0.5mm of play.

Is this a known problem?

Mine has made a noise when setting off for the last six years that I put down to the suspension. I suspect the outer ARB bush that should be greased, but might be wrong.
