Turns out its the stop light AND battery light coming on together, couldn't see the battery light since the steering wheel was in the way haha oops.:o

Checked the brake fluid level and it seems fine - plenty left! I've only recently had brake disks and pads replaced (last month) so they are fine, could it just be a loose connection somewhere? Edit: It's just the stop light, by the way.

I've noticed that recently my STOP light flashes randomly whilst I'm driving, doesn't do it so much when I'm doing 0-30mph but on the motorway when I'm at a constant speed it seems to happen a lot. 2004 1.2 Dynamique if that makes a difference. Thanks!

Shamefully I went with MyCarCheck at the time (they just basically use a HPI business account and offer the same thing but for less). Wish I didn't now and just have coughed up the extra £10 it would've cost me.

The Cat C is attached to the reg, but took 2 years for the insurance company to update it since the claim went through a 'third party' which took 2 years for the claim to finally settle? I'm not sure but it seems like it shouldn't be legal to sell a car on that was written off and not updated on...
