What ever happened with this?

as the title says, do early 172 gearboxes have a circlip and a "washer"

Anybody got the part number for the circlip in the diff on the early 172 boxes. Mines popped, and I have bought a plate to tap into the side of the box, but thought I would reinforce this with a new circlip as the old one has lost its tension. Anyone have the part number at all? Cheers Dave

Is it just a standard M4 thread? I have a tapping kit at home, will double check what type they are

Hello all. I am looking into getting throttle bodies for the 172 engine I have going into my mk1 valver. Anybody have any suggestions where the cheapest place to get them is? ATpower are 2200 for a complete kit. Cheers Dave
