I would get Forza 4 and not bother with Horizon, unless arcade NFS style games are your thing. Others games I would get would be Halo 4, maybe Blackops 2, Fifa 13, GTA IV or wait for V and maybe Fallout 3 as it's the best game ever imo.

I think it's a piss take and it might not even be his car. I'd say the fact that the interior pictures are taken from the outside looking in confirms this.
