Driver's seat head rest has developed a slight problem. The foam inside has started to crumble and fall out of it, has anyone else had this problem? if so, how is it fixed or do i need to buy a new head rest? (it's coming out in flakes)

Recently my clio has started making a kind of burring noise, as though theres something going round under the bonnet. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? The garages can't get to the bottom of it, or is that how it should be? Thanks :)
