Head rest's crumbling

Driver's seat head rest has developed a slight problem. The foam inside has started to crumble and fall out of it, has anyone else had this problem? if so, how is it fixed or do i need to buy a new head rest? (it's coming out in flakes)

Heya, I probably wouldn't try and fix the headrest. A second hand one would be my choice from a breakers yard. Not sure if you can swap the covers or not?

Mines on its way out too. Not too fussed though as the bucket seats will be going back in.
