Mk2 Clio cup was (NM - Lb/In) Front 80 - 456, Rear 130 - 741
Mk3 Clip cup was (NM - Lb/In) Front 95 - 542, Rear 130 - 741
... according to my past notes. I'd personally run softer all round and a stiffer rear ARB, maybe no front ARB. Time will tell.

Well I was considering the following advantages of using verniers with 421s:
- Adjustment when calibrating to eek out extra performance or modify output character.
- Less rotating mass on cambelt assembly.
- Less serviceable parts.
- ECU switched VVT output can be configured for an alternative...
The box oil could be cooled by cycling via a tank for improved thermal mass, the only problem is complication and the drain plug location on the box is potentially risky. You could filter the circuit too while you are at it.
