Yeah thought about that but could there be another reason for this happening or is it just bad luck with the second hand altenator?

Last week my battery light and stop light came on all of a sudden. Took it to be alternator so went and got a second hand one and had it tested before fitting it to my trophy. Had it out a few times now since fitting it and all seemed fine until today they came back on again. Hopefully not...
