29 when i bought my 172, most powerful car to date i have ever owned, (til i get my 1.8T re-mapped) cos i bought a house at 24 and just selling it now for £100k more than i bought it for!

better investment than paying through the nose for insurance at a young...
they are the same things that open auto doors on garages, cops know about them, and if they have been blocked,
if you get stopped with one, you have to prove you need it, e.g you have a gargage with an electric door i guess!
see if you can find an old garage where they have attendants, and get the cheapest petrol you can,
and while you are there ask him/her to wipe your bum too!

what makes you think that "todays" drivers can handle their powerful cars? seen some posts recently of 18-20 year olds going from passing their tests to getting 172s etc, would that be classed as todays driver?
and what about reps driving 250Bhp+ mercs and the like? whos to say these guys have...
or you could face up to the fact that speeding is speeding,
why should you be able to break the law because you are not deliberately killing someone or stealing something at the time makes it any better or acceptable?
i agree that there are a lot of cameras and stuff around, but maybe...
are you saying it has just got noisy?
if so i would check your rear hanger rubber this happened to mine that the rubber broke and my exhaust was almost supporting itself until it slowly pulled away from itself and tore behind the back box
only if i was keeping it for good or as a second car, cos its easier said than done i think, try explaining it people when you want to re-sell it, sure the odd person may come along,
ive been selling my 172 for over a month now, clean and history spotless, reduced to a very cheap price, and...
i think it may be more hassle than worth, i know i have had HPId a couple of cars and they have come back a certain grade, but i personally would still not touch it for whatever reason. hard to sell on again.
I think renaultsport knew probably what they were doing when they put these tyres on!?, same reason i havent changed my wheels and tyres, cos sport depts tend to do a fair amount of testing to cars before they get released i think
but choice is yours if you want to change them for a different...
