Do the dials on the clio have the immobiliser built into them or can you just swap them over, reason im asking is I have dials with no rev counter and want them ?

Hello guys recently bought a clio mk2 phase 1 and its base model with no rev counter, can i just fit rev counter dials and wire in a signal wire or are the dials immobilised like other cars ?
