Do you think its best I sell my genuine Renault timing belt tools or offer a rent-out service with them if thats an option? Ive used them to do my belts and obviously no need for them now.

Started on the timing belt today: LOL at the tipex marks - Shows its been done tidy before :rolleyes: The tool is in the exhaust cam, was a fair bit out as was no where near the inlet cam or the bolt hole! Cam timing set, crank way off - Had to loosen belt and do it without the belt...

Removed the noise reducer valve thingy and seems to have cured my fault when changing gear/dipping clutch! No more jerky gear changes??

Sorry I wasnt more descriptive, it was the inner arch which was causing issues, I persuaded it with a hammer and now all is fine! :D

Suspension all done, brakes done. Got bored with my spare headlights so gave them a quick 5 min clean! Came out good enough to use!

I have replaced the front Lamba but keep getting intermittent temp errors for it.. hmm no lack of power or anything mind. Will data log it tomorrow

Anyone had this issue on a 172 Cup? Once it warm it seems to idle likes is Cam'd as well. Issue when driving is : drive along, dip clutch, change gear and it seems to hesitate when pressing throttle again. Any ideas?

Got an issue with the 172, when cornering hard the front passenger side is rubbing on the main metal part of the front arch, where the arch liner should be. Anyone else have issues and a fix? Running Standard shocks, Cooksport Springs, Turinis on 205/45/16

From what ive read Road Modified requires me to leave interior in, moment I take it out I need a cage etc. What class do you run?

Lower ball joint was a NIGHTMARE to get out of the hubs, literally the worst ive had! Went to fit the new ones and they have me the wrong ones! Cheers! Still waiting for my Cooksport springs to turn up. Fitted the new rear calipers which were on the breaker onto this one, just need to bleed...

Stripped the suspension off the car today ready for brand new genuine Cup Shocks on Cooksport Springs Also got new tie rods and lower ball joints to replace the same time! Just waiting on the springs now! :D
