Clio 172 Cup Seems to Drop in Revs and Hesitate when changing gear

Anyone had this issue on a 172 Cup? Once it warm it seems to idle likes is Cam'd as well.

Issue when driving is : drive along, dip clutch, change gear and it seems to hesitate when pressing throttle again. Any ideas?

I have replaced the front Lamba but keep getting intermittent temp errors for it.. hmm no lack of power or anything mind. Will data log it tomorrow

Removed the noise reducer valve thingy and seems to have cured my fault when changing gear/dipping clutch! No more jerky gear changes??
