Looks good, low mileage and is definitely worth a bit more than your standard run of the mill Clio.

With that mileage, and if it is as good as the advert shows, then it's a perfect collectors item IMO.

Not many decent ones around now, most are complete dogs, track spec, or forum cars with mods or higher mileage etc.

Strange people pay silly money for vintage bottles of whisky or wine that might kill them if they actually drank them.

A stored 30 year old car with no miles might do the same if you attempted to drive it.

I think standard examples with stamped history and belts etc being done will demand good value not sure 10k tho mines totally standard with 88k on belts done on time and fully stamped history but know it’s never climb into decent figures

Nobody wanting to buy a Clio for an investment is going to buy a 172 cup. It’s one of the less desirable models TBH. And what kind of return would you get if you spanked £10k from the get go?

Polishes it, posts pics on fb a million times of it being polished, says it's a keeper never letting this one go, (de ja vue with her last cup) then lists for sale at laughable price.
